Known for her openness and her exuberant
energy, Kylie creates a playful, safe and sacred space for her students to
nourish their spirit, connect with their bodies and encounter their own
essence. Life
on the mat inevitably translates to life off
the mat.
In this way, yoga allows us to
cultivate our connection to all of life, providing a rich medium for
discovering
the ways in which we live and move through our lives while cultivating
mindfulness and compassion, and celebrating the physical realm
of the body. She recognises the infinite potential in us all, and encourages her
students to explore their own unique expression of this wonderful life.
As Kylie's own yogic path unfolds and deepens - each step informs and enriches her teaching, as she
weaves together dance, movement and Yoga as life. Her approach awakens
authenticity and body wisdom - while evoking a depth and curiosity in
her
students. Teaching from the ancient roots of Yoga - she also endeavors to meet the evolving needs of our modern world. Building on a precise alignment foundation, she
creates a wonderful interplay of movement and breath - infused with tantric flavours and poetic grace. Each class is a
mystical journey, a prayer and a gift. Kylie eloquently shares from her
continuing juicy adventures in life, love and consciousness – with
authenticity and passion.
