sacred nature of the studio space.
- Please turn off your mobile, and leave it with your belongings in the provided area.
- All props are provided, however, for hygiene we encourage you to have your own mat.

- All
yoga classes are sequenced in such a way that there is a warming up and

- An empty stomach is recommended for a
comfortable class experience. Wait two to three hours after a meal or a
half hour after a light snack or drink.
- Drink plenty of water before & after class. Avoid drinking water during
class.
- A bench & hooks are available at the entry where you can
store your belongings during class. It is advised that you do not bring

stolen items.
- Having your own mat supports your commitment to your practice and
ensures its cleanliness. Mats and other props are for sale at the studio.
- Notify
the teacher of any injuries or medical conditions. This helps the
teacher know how to assist you and give you modifications.
-
Many of the class styles are vigorous and challenging, however, they
should never cause you pain. Listen to your body, and tell your teacher
if you experience pain.
- Practice often. 3-6 times per week for maximum benefit. 2-3 times per week will show improvement for most students within three months.
