If you are new to yoga it is important to start at the beginning. If you come to an intermediate or advanced class, you will likely feel lost, and risk injury. So please refer to the yoga style descriptions below

If the beginners course times don't work for your schedule, then restorative classes or private yoga sessions are the best place to start. These classes are fine for beginners + are at the gentler end of the spectrum so that beginners can integrate with ease. Or try a private yoga session or series to explore + establish your yoga practice at your own pace.

For the intermediate and advanced practitioner able to work on more advanced poses, backbends, twists and inversions. Cultivating strength, stamina and mindfulness. Deepen your practice as well as your connection to your physical and energetic body. Includes pranayama and deep relaxation. Must have solid foundation of basic standing postures.

Vinyasa "flow" yoga classes are beautiful breath inspired adventures, embodying wave-like sequencing of strength, fluidity and grace. A seamless combination of mellow poses, breathing and relaxation to regenerate your body and nervous system, bringing deep calm. Focusing on gentleness, precision and letting go, this practice draws together different elements of yoga: softness combined with strength, inner balancing + outer stillness, flowing into movement. New to Yoga? Not sure what style is for you? Cant make the studio classes? Then a private session or series is perfect to get you started. Kylie will introduce you to the foundational yoga postures and breathing techniques, selecting postures which meet your specific needs, offering hands on adjustments to ensure that you develop a safe and beneficial yoga practice. This ensures a smooth and safe transition into the general classes.
